Synopsis
Miranda is indisputably beautiful. Tall, shapely, with long dark hair that frames an almost perfect face. The young woman has just turned thirty. And the sole object of her desire is Mariano, her husband of the last ten years. Mariano recently celebrated his fortieth birthday, and for twenty years he has manned his fruit stand at the market in the small Tuscan town of Anghiari . Apples, pears, bananas and dry fruit in the winter; peaches, plums and watermelon in the summer.
